Text Message (SMS) Notifications — J&J Studio Nails Spa
When booking, customers enter their mobile phone number in the contact step. Directly below it is a separate, optional checkbox that is unchecked by default. Customers receive texts only if they tick it and submit their booking. It reads:
“I agree to receive appointment-related text messages from J&J Studio Nails Spa, including appointment confirmations, reminders, updates, cancellations, and rescheduling notifications. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Consent is optional and is not required to book an appointment or purchase services.”
